Manchester City - Everton

In the last round of the Premier League second round Manchester City hosts Everton. The meeting is tonight at 22:00 at Ethidad Stadium.

Manchester City started the season with an expected 2-0 victory over Brighton. However, the success of the newcomer did not come easy after the City failed to score in the first half. In the middle of the second part, Sergio Aguero led the "citizens" to the win with his first goal for the season, and a bit later a Brighton player got his own goal for the final 2-0 in favor of one of the title candidates. Pep Guardiola released three of his big new additions last weekend when Kyle Walker and Danilo started in defense and goalkeeper Ederson replaced Claudio Bravo under the door. The most exciting newcomer, Bernardo Silva, was confined to just seven minutes, but the Portuguese wing would hope to start in the upcoming Everton household. Benjamin Mendi, one of the newcomers, remains injured and will not take part in the match.

Everton beat Stoke City 1-0 in its first match of the new campaign. Wayne Rooney has scored three points with the only goal in the game and so his return to Goodison Park was more than good. Everton was also not too modest this summer. Their last £ 45m deal for Swansea star Gilli Sigurdsson is more impressive, with Jordan Pickford, Michael Keane, Davy Clausen, Sandro Ramirez, Kooko Martina, Henry Oniquourou and Wayne Rooney joining the team. Of course, the loss of Romulus Lukaku will be a big blow to the caramel, and Ross Barkley looks more and more likely to leave, and that's a very different team for Ronald Commander, which he has to run. Everton defeated Haidouk Split with 2-0 in the first match of their Europa League playoffs on Thursday, so they have four wins in four racing games this season.

Manchester City scored 89 per cent of their home games last season, allowing a 74 per cent hit. Everton made 69% of their matches outside, but only 26% of them retained a dry network in the last campaign, so we expect hits in both doors.
