As with all other games and poker, the first thing each player has to do is to get to know the rules and strategies for success. Nowadays, there are many varieties of poker game and you need to learn the steps and the subtleties in it to become a good and successful player.

Poker is a gambling game that is played with 52 cards, and the number of players can range from 2 to 10. With the development of game and technology over time, it is now possible to play it from a single player, via the internet or gaming machines in casinos.

The ranking of cards in the game from strong to weak looks like: ace, pop, lady, jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. The poker hands are composed of 5 cards, meaning - the colors in the game are equal.

Steps of the game

  • at the start of the game, the players choose an initial bet and place a part of their chips in the center of the table, stake bet;
  • players' cards are handed out in a clockwise direction;
  • the players check their cards and then have a chance to increase their stake by adding more chips to the stake. The other players have the option to add chips to the stake (at least the same number) or to stop the game;
  • players who continue to play as active players. After the players have placed their chips, the end of the betting is announced. (Depending on the type of poker played by the players, more cards can be handed out, the players being able to trade a few cards, and then the bet is repeated.)
  • when the final betting is completed, the players' cards will be opened: the player holding the strongest hand wins the entire stake. If only one active player remains, the profit remains for him, and he does not even need to reveal the cards he holds.
